Accordingly ,in the year 2016,we inaugurated our new sister concern BNB SHIPPING & TRADING at Mongla. This company is currently concentrating on break bulk cargo handling ,Dredging related job and other agency related job.
05. SIGMA Ship Breakers Ltd
During 80’s with the expansion of industrial and builders sector in the country, the concept of Ship Breaking is introduced in Bangladesh. Our Chairman & Managing Director who was the founder Vice President of Bangladesh Ship Breakers Association (BSBA) was attracted by the potential of this field and founded SIGMA Ship Breakers Ltd in 1986. He is one of the pioneers in this ship recycling industry and has recycled more than 200 ships in his yard each having a Light Weight around 10,000-32,000 Long Ton.

In beginning of 90’s while the garments industry was blooming in Bangladesh, our management decided to explore the potential of this industry and established SIGMA Garments Industries Ltd in the year1992. Since then SIGMA Garments Industries is working with several clients in Europe and America.

08. Dredging ,Wreck Removing & LAND RECLAMATION
In the year 2001 Sigma Shipping Lines takes entry in the field of dredging & wreck removing seeing the prospect of this business field and with an oath to make country a better place for future generation. Immediately after being involved in this field of dredging and wreck removing we got success and secure project under BIWTA and CPA. Now we are eyeing at South-Asia region like Myanmar, Sri Lanka, India etc. for prospective dredging & wreck removing projects where we have good relations with the Government and high officials.
Besides recently we accomplished the Capital dredging project at Mongla port to Rampal Power Plant area (13 km area)under DCIL (Year 2017-2019).
